Job Summary:

Responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality service to our members and to their guests in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. Cleans and resets tables; maintains cleanliness of dining and service areas.

Responsibilities:

• Follow staff checklists for set-up and clean-up duties.
• Lift and carry up to 30 lbs on large oval trays.
• Clean and stock service stations
• Verify assigned section of dining room.
• Check section for proper set-up and clean-up.
• Maintain table cleanliness throughout meal.
• Clean and reset tables.
• Greet members by name.
• Advise managers of member concerns and suggestions
• Report lost or forgotten items to managers.
• Complete assigned duties thoroughly and in a timely manner
• Attend staff pre-shift meetings.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three months of similar food service experience in a restaurant, resort, hotel, or club environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
