Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality service to our members and to their guests in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. Cleans and resets tables; maintains cleanliness of dining and service areas.
Responsibilities:
- Follow staff checklists for set-up and clean-up duties.
- Lift and carry up to 30 lbs on large oval trays.
- Clean and stock service stations
- Verify assigned section of dining room.
- Check section for proper set-up and clean-up.
- Maintain table cleanliness throughout meal.
- Clean and reset tables.
- Greet members by name.
- Advise managers of member concerns and suggestions
- Report lost or forgotten items to managers.
- Complete assigned duties thoroughly and in a timely manner
- Attend staff pre-shift meetings.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three months of similar food service experience in a restaurant, resort, hotel, or club environment preferred.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
