HOUSEKEEPER NIGHT

Description

Responsible for cleaning common areas throughout the Club and maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the exterior areas of the Club; respond to member and guest needs in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner; adhere to Club workplace safety standards. 

Responsibilities: 

• Sweep, dust mop, and vacuum floors throughout the Club, including exterior wooden and brick galleries surrounding the buildings; 
• Take out trash, maintain and replace lining in trash receptacles; 
• Clean and sanitize clubhouse bathrooms; 
• Dust baseboards, windowsills, pictures, vents, furniture and fixtures; 
• Wash mirrors and windows on doors; 
• Clean inside and outside of windows; 
• Wash floor mats and rugs; 
• Replenish bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.) ; 
• Polish chrome and brass fixtures; 
• Clean ceiling fans, light fixtures, and chandeliers; 
• Restock amenities in housekeeping workstations and closets; 
• Reset furniture into designated positions when out of place; 
• Shampoo carpets throughout the Club, including guestroom carpets; 
• Clean and refinish floors; 
• Assist in the collection and distribution of linens to and from outlets; 
• Complete and submit check list to supervisor twice per week; 
• Promptly identify and report maintenance issues to the manager or maintenance department 

Qualifications

• Must have a current, valid driver’s license; 
• Must be able to lift and carry up to sixty (60) pounds; 
• Must be able to walk up and down stairs while carrying cleaning equipment; 
• Must be able to bend to clean under furniture; 
• Must be able to stand for periods of up to four (4) hours; 
• Must be able to climb a ladder at least four (4) feet high
