Duties

- Serve as a conflict management resource within the organization, mediating disputes and promoting harmony.
- Engage in crisis intervention efforts during emergencies or critical incidents, providing immediate support to affected individuals.
- Maintain a presence within the community to ensure accessibility for those seeking spiritual guidance.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or community leaders to address holistic care needs.
