- Coordinate and facilitate school and club pictures for faculty, staff and students
- Produce working papers for students who have secured jobs
- Assist with planning and implementation of Career Center events such as college and career fairs and Capstone Networking Event
- Post job and volunteer opportunities to Google Classroom, Career Center website SchooLinks, and school bulletin boards
- Assist with field trip paperwork and logistics for the Counseling and Career Offices
- Schedule Career Center events in SchooLinks
- Assist with Perkins Grant ordering and administration
- Assist with outreach for Career Center Events through announcements on the River Hawk Rundown and 9:05 News
- Upload standardized testing to SchooLinks
- Mail letters for SBAC and NGSS
- Compile graduation cohort reports for the School Profile and for Central Office/BOE
- AP Score Summary, Acceptance %, Graduation Outcomes, AP Scholar, Testing Statistics, etc.
- Maintain Career Center budget
- Assist with the collection of senior post secondary planning outcome data (using SchooLinks)
- Assist with testing- SATs, PSAT
- Assist students with CollegeBoard and PowerSchool logins
- Assist with the coordination of the College & Career Fair

This service includes processing of assignments requiring a steady pace to complete daily work schedules, with no direct supervision. The Secretary I must interpret and comply with established policy with procedure and data or communications sometimes sensitive in nature.
