Farmington High School is sekking an experienced Secretary II for the School Counseling Office
This posititon is Full Time, Full Year, 7 hours per day with an unpaid lunch. Benefits include health insurance, 401a defined contribution plan, paid sick , vacation and holiday time.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Secretary II provides direction in secretarial and basic office procedure skills to direct and maintain work flow in the office assigned. This service includes the processing of assignments and completion of reports on a timely basis, independent of supervision. To complete the assignment, the Secretary II must interpret, analyze and edit information data or communications, sometimes confidential in nature. Knowledge of Google Suite of tools, SchooLinks, CT SEDs, Powerschool, Papervision and the college application process preferred.
The ability to work within assignment deadlines, sometimes under pressure, is a requirement of this position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
SALARY: $30.52 - $34.41 per hour depending on experience (per FPSEU contract)
7 hours per day (not including unpaid lunch), full year
