Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Bus Driver(s) to join our transportation team. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from their destinations. If you have good communication skills, a good driving record, and enjoy working with kids and the community, we encourage you to apply.
Duties:
- Safely operate a bus or van to transport students to designated locations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained
- Communicate effectively with students and address any concerns
- Follow established routes and schedules
- Maintain accurate records of passenger counts and pre-trip procedures
Skills:
- Ability to drive large vehicles safely and confidently
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Experience working with children or in childcare settings is beneficial
- Familiarity with bus driving procedures is an advantage
We offer competitive pay rates and paid CDL training. Must be at least 21 to obtain a School Bus Endorsement in the State of Illinois.
