We are seeking dedicated and passionate NH Certified teacher for a maternity leave position. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive learning environment and ensuring that students continue to receive quality education in the absence of their regular teacher. Duties
- Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to ensure continuity of education.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and productive learning environment.
- Engage students in educational activities that promote learning and participation.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback as necessary.
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Skills
- Experience working with children in various settings such as preschool, childcare, or tutoring.
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain discipline and encourage student engagement.
- Ability to plan lessons effectively while being adaptable to changing classroom dynamics.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support students’ individual needs.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents.
