Farmstead Living is looking for a Human Resources professional with experience in a long term care environment. If you have worked as a Human Resource Generalist or Specialist, in an Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing facility, please apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer policies and procedures, complying with the State of Minnesota laws and regulations.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing the onboarding process.
- Develop and implement retention strategies.
- Conduct performance reviews and manage performance improvement plans.
- Design and update training programs for new hires and ongoing education.
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve our HR processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of HR experience in a long-term care setting
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Confident, direct, and firm when dealing with conflict
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
