Job Summary:
This position provides individual and group therapy and case management for those clients who require it.
The Clinical Coordinator reviews all work of the Senior Therapist. The Clinical Coordinator will also provide periodic evaluations to the Senior Therapist. The Clinical Coordinator will give most instruction regarding the Senior Therapist’s job responsibilities.
All job responsibilities with be in alignment with value-based health/payment. It is the responsibility of this position to know and understand the specific implications of VBH/VBP on day-to-day duties on the job.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)
Evaluation and assessment
Present cases at staffing
Facilitation of Group Supervision/Staffing
Liaison for client to all services that client needs
Provide therapeutic intervention to clients
Maintain a caseload of at least 30 clients
Provide therapeutic interventions in various group and individual settings
Maintain case records for group and individual sessions
Obtain urinalysis and breathalyzer reading from clients on a regular basis
Facilitate referrals when necessary
Provide formal and informal supervision when necessary
Deal with any issues with regard to the site’s physical environment
Assist support staff as needed
Have a solid understanding of the 822 regulations and confidentiality.
Complete and approve timesheets/payroll for all direct reports
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Master’s degree preferred in the field of social work, counseling, or other related areas.
Three to four years’ experience with demonstrated education and/or experience in the chemical dependency field. CASAC is preferred.
Salary : $25 - $32
