Farnsworth Group is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern in our St. Louis, MO office. In this role, you will gain valuable knowledge into the operation of an engineering and architectural firm while performing engineering tasks as well as other office support.

Farnsworth Group is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern in our St. Louis, MO office. In this role, you will gain valuable knowledge into the operation of an engineering and architectural firm while performing engineering tasks as well as other office support.
Job Activities
- Assisting engineers with drafting using AutoCAD
- Basic engineering design work that may include working with a project engineer on calculations, preparation of plans, and preparation of reports
- Field inspection that may include gathering of field data, assisting a construction engineer, construction related office support
- Office operation support
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, preferred
- Organized and professional
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and co-workers
