Engineering Manager

• Manage the design and development of HVAC systems, mechanical utility systems, exhaust, critical environments, and mechanical piping systems for various projects in commercial and industrial environments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Ensure timely completion of projects
• Perform site visits, client meetings, and coordination with the project team.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related field required
• 12 years of engineering work experience
• Design experience of Process systems including high purity utilities, wastewater, gases, process mechanical systems such as process cooling water, compressed air and vacuum systems, and abated air systems
• Design experience of Mechanical systems including HVAC, chillers, boilers, plumbing, and exhaust systems required.  Steam system design experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) and Sequence of Operations (SOO)
• Semiconductor process knowledge working with wafer facilities
• Professional Engineering License (PE) strongly preferred
• General knowledge of Word, Excel, Bluebeam Revu and Outlook
• Experience with Revit and AutoCAD required
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a team environment
• Attention to details

• Ability to travel
