Head of Information Systems, IT & Project Management
We are seeking a Head of Information Systems, IT & Project Management to lead our IT department and drive our cyber and information security processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the IT department, including internal IT Manager, IT vendors, and overall IT infrastructure.
- Lead IT and cyber enhancement projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Develop and enforce organizational IT, cyber security, and information security policies and procedures.
- Drive the firm's cyber and information security processes, including risk management and mitigation across the firm's IT infrastructure.
- Manage the firmwide equipment procurement process, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Key Initiatives:
- Assess current information systems landscape and identify gap areas and requirements.
- Lead implementation and design of new firmwide information systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Conduct firmwide end-user training on all new information systems, creating comprehensive training materials and best practices.
- Serve as lead IT support across the firm for all employees post-implementation, resolving technical issues promptly.
Data Reporting and Business Intelligence:
- Manage organizational data reporting and business intelligence, overseeing the firm's BI tool, Microsoft Power BI.
- Design and validate execution of data cleansing and data entry projects, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with third-party data engineering provider on all BI needs, driving project success.
Executive Meetings and Organizational Goals:
- Organize and facilitate executive meetings related to IT projects and infrastructure, preparing agendas, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Facilitate the firm's organizational goals process, creating documentation outlining annual goals, action plans, timelines, and assigned responsibilities.
Special Projects and Operational Efficiency:
- Work with the CEO and executive team to identify and prioritize special projects that ensure internal operational efficiency and optimization.
- Develop and review detailed project scopes, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
- Create and enforce operational policies and procedures to standardize practices and ensure compliance.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Technology Management, Information Systems Management, or related field.
- Seven (7) years of experience as Information Technology Project Management Coordinator or related occupation.
- At least three (3) years of experience leading large-scale projects, including strategic planning, operational management, execution, and post-project analysis.
- Microsoft Suite of products, including Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience in the real estate market, investment strategies, property management, and related regulatory environments.
