**Job Title:** Head of Information Systems, IT & Project Management
Faropoint HC, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Information Systems, IT, and Project Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the IT department, including internal IT Manager, IT vendors, and overall IT infrastructure.
- Lead IT and cyber enhancement projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Develop and enforce organizational IT, cyber security, and information security policies and procedures.
- Drive firm-wide cyber and information security processes, including risk management and mitigation across IT infrastructure.
Project Management:
- Assess current information systems landscape and identify gap areas and requirements.
- Lead implementation and design of new firm-wide information systems.
- Conduct firm-wide end-user training on all new information systems and create training and best practice materials.
- Serve as lead IT support across the firm for all employees post-implementation.
Data Reporting and Business Intelligence:
- Design and validate execution of data cleansing and data entry projects.
- Collaborate with third-party data engineering provider on all BI needs.
Executive Meetings and Organizational Goals:
- Organize and facilitate executive meetings related to IT projects and infrastructure.
- Facilitate the firm's organizational goals process, including creation of documentation outlining annual goals, action plans, timelines, and assigned responsibilities.
IT Liaison and Special Projects:
- Act as leading IT liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders, including internal teams, investors, and external partners.
- Work with the CEO and executive team to identify and prioritize special projects that ensure internal operational efficiency and optimization.
Operational Policies and Procedures:
- Create and enforce operational policies and procedures to standardize practices and ensure compliance.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Technology Management, Information Systems Management, or related field.
- Seven (7) years of experience as Information Technology Project Management Coordinator or related occupation.
- At least three (3) years of experience with Microsoft Suite of products, including Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience in the real estate market, investment strategies, property management, and related regulatory environments.
- Real estate regulatory compliance impacting assets across multiple jurisdictions.
- IT systems experience, including JIRA and Confluence, Salesforce, Cherre, Monday.com, JumpCloud, Slack, Sophos endpoint protection, VPN and ZTNA, Yardi Voyager, Yardi Deal Manager, Yardi Facility Manager, Yardi Data Connect, Yardi Forecast Manager, Yardi Construction Manager, Yardi P2P, Yardi Vendor Café, Yardi Tenant Café, and Yardi SQL Tool.
This position offers a hybrid schedule with four (4) days in office and one (1) day remote.
