ABOUT THE POSITION
Full-time housekeeping / janitorial position available for large apartment complex in Metro Pittsburgh area. Busy property seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and hard-working Housekeeper. The Housekeeper duties to include common area and apartment cleaning, maintaining grounds and snow removal.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Maintain a clean and appealing common area
- Clean (wash floors, walls, etc.) vacated apartments
- Take out trash and recycling
- Wipe down and sanitizes common area surfaces
- Clean, sanitize and stock restrooms
- Handle leaf and snow removal, as needed
- Remove debris and snow from walkways and access areas around the building.
- Sweep, mop, polish and vacuum floors
