Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Estate Planning Attorney to join our team in Punta Gorda, Venice, and Sarasota.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management – Communicate with clients to commence an engagement, to keep the matter moving forward on a timely basis, and to make certain that the firm's efforts are in tune with the client's needs
- Drafting documents
- Meeting with clients to execute documents
- Assist with any other legal matters as needed
Requirements
- Juris Doctor Degree
- Minimum of three years of experience
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Organized, efficient, and friendly with a strong work ethic
- Experience in drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
- Understanding of the state and federal tax laws, wills and trusts
- Ability to anticipate client needs; forward-thinking and solutions-oriented approach
- Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills
