We seek an experienced Litigation Paralegal who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional client service and upholding the highest standards of excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with attorneys to draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and other critical papers.
- Client Communication: Effectively respond to client inquiries via email and phone, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Case Preparation: Organize and prepare trial materials, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Document Management: Review, edit, and re-write documents as necessary to guarantee clarity and precision.
- File Maintenance: Securely record and store client information efficiently.
Work Environment:
- In-office work only; no remote work arrangements.
- Standard working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (lunch from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM).
- Limited overtime required, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
About You:
We are looking for someone with:
- Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of legal research principles and practices.
- The ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- A willingness to learn and apply complex legal concepts in various cases.
Requirements:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- The ability to quickly adapt to new software systems and technologies.
- Previous experience in litigation as a paralegal is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Paralegal certification is desired but not required.
- A Bachelor's or Associate's degree is beneficial but not essential.
