We seek a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal Specialist who shares our commitment to excellence and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and other critical paperwork.
- Client Communication: Respond to inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality, utilizing effective communication skills.
- Case Preparation: Prepare and organize trial materials, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
- Document Management: Edit and re-write documents as necessary, guaranteeing clarity and precision.
- File Maintenance: Record and store client information securely and efficiently.
Job Expectations:
- In-office work only; no remote work arrangement is available.
- Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (lunch from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM).
- Limited overtime required, with opportunities for professional growth.
About You:
We are looking for an individual with:
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Familiarity with legal research principles and practices.
- The ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to learn and apply complex legal concepts.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- The ability to quickly adapt to new software systems and technologies.
- Previous experience in litigation as a paralegal is preferred, but not required.
- Paralegal certification is desired but not mandatory.
- A Bachelor's or Associate's degree is beneficial but not essential.
