Inside Sales Associate

As an Inside Sales Associate, you’ll be the friendly face (or voice) helping our awesome customers find the perfect construction tool, supplies, and or piece of equipment for their job. From answering questions to closing sales and coordinating rentals, you’ll make sure every interaction is seamless and satisfying. Whether it’s in-store or over the phone, you’ll be their go-to expert for product knowledge, pricing, and advice on construction equipment that helps build dreams.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and provide product and pricing information, resolving customer inquiries effectively
• Maintain a strong understanding of construction equipment and supplies, including product features, uses, and benefits
• Ensure products are stocked, displayed neatly, and ready for customers
• Support outside sales representatives by preparing orders or providing information for follow-up
• Facilitate the sale and rental of construction equipment and supplies, ensuring customer needs are met

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or (equivalent) required; additional education in sales or business is a plus
• Prior experience in retail, sales, or construction equipment (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficient in multi-tasking and time management
• Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail
