Responsibilities :
- Organize and maintain the showroom to ensure products are displayed attractively and are easy to locate. Restock shelves and ensure inventory is up-to-date and accessible
- Safely and efficiently deliver orders to local customers, ensuring timely and professional service
- Provide excellent customer service by helping customers find the products they need, answering questions, and offering recommendations
- Work closely with the team to support various tasks and contribute to a positive, productive work environment
- Participate in on-the-job training to learn about construction supply sales and take advantage of ongoing education opportunities during the winter months
- Answer incoming calls and provide product and pricing information, resolving customer inquiries effectively
