About the Role
As an Insulation Installer, you will play a vital role in improving the energy efficiency, comfort, and eco-friendliness of our customers' homes. From attic insulation to implementing other energy-saving measures, your precision and commitment to quality will directly impact customer satisfaction and our company's reputation.
You will work in a methodical and focused manner alongside a supportive team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires travel to job sites throughout Cincinnati, Ohio and surrounding cities based on program requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and engage with customers and their families in a professional manner.
- Install attic insulation and implement other energy-efficient measures.
- Ensure work quality meets company standards with less than 2% failed inspections.
- Follow and adhere to all safety protocols, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a cooperative and harmonious workplace.
- Travel to job sites as required, with overnight stays when necessary.
- Drive Company Box Truck while on shift
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in insulation installation, construction, or related fields is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures diligently.
- Reliable, responsible, and focused work ethic.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Licenses & Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel and stay overnight as project locations require.
Work Environment
- Work may involve climbing ladders, working in confined spaces (e.g., attics), and exposure to various weather conditions.
- Travel to multiple work sites across Ohio and surrounding cities is required.
