Server Position at Farrelli's Pizza
At Farrelli's Pizza, we are looking for experienced servers to join our team. As a server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using our computer system.
- Provide detailed information on our menu offerings, including food preparation methods and ingredients.
- Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their complete satisfaction.
- Process payments and provide change as needed.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to company standards.
- Perform other duties as directed by management.
Requirements:
- State alcohol server license and food handler's card required.
- Basic mathematical skills: ability to make change.
- Basic reading, writing, and computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Multi-task oriented.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
- Must be able to suggestively sell food and beverage items.
- Must have reasonable availability, keeping in mind that most of the restaurant business is on nights and weekends.
