Requirements:
- NC Bar Licensure
- Experience 3 – 6 years
- Must be able to conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and other litigation documents.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and trial preparation.
- Take/defend depositions, attend hearings, and attend trials as part of a trial team. Court and deposition experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Location is flexible, and we offer hybrid work options, but you must be able to try cases across NC.
