What the day looks like:
You’ll largely spend the day at your desk, reviewing and managing correspondence and more on behalf of our clients, making a difference in their cases.
Your job is to carefully analyze each document for accuracy. People who succeed in this role excel at being able to spot errors within large volumes of information.
It’s exciting, fast-paced, predictable, and a good fit for organized people. Many introverts consider this a dream job.
- Review case files and prepare disbursal documents for clients
- Reconcile ledgers and liens
- Interface with outside subrogation providers
- Manage a high-volume case load and timely follow ups

Requirements:
- Must be able to work M-F fulltime from downtown Durham, N.C.
- Can spot errors in high volume environment.
- Good with numbers (comfort with Excel is a plus).
