Who Should Apply
This role is for someone who loves the car business. Your primary focus will be converting leads as well as leading a team to convert leads to shown appointments. Outside of that you will partner with the sales manager to train the sales staff, take TO's, and run the department on their day off. You will also be responsible for learning how to back up the F&I department. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys all aspects of running an automotive sales department.
We are looking for someone with prior automotive management experience. This can be in Sales Management, F&I Management, or Floor Management.

- Be in compliance with all state and federal rules and regulations
- Partner with the Sales Manager in operating the Sales Department
- Early Manager Introduction with all customers
- Conduct daily training with the sales staff
- Increase volume by assisting in lead conversion and sales staff performance
