Ideal applicant would have:
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Exhibit a high degree of professionalism.
- Possess strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer and internet proficiency.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and a drive to achieve.
- Automotive industry experience is helpful, but not required.
Job responsibilities include:
- Handling of inbound telephone calls.
- Asking strategic questions to gain knowledge regarding service history and expectations.
- checking in/out customers following a specific process.
- keeping customers updated in regular intervals throughout the service process..
- Determining the needs of the guest via telephone and in person in turn recommending appropriate maintenance or service.
- Verifying/updating customer contact information during each visit
- must be comfortable working with multiple computer and tablet devices to complete each service visit accurately.
