As an Onboarding Operations Associate, you'll play a vital role in executing Farther's advisor and client onboarding process. You'll support the seamless transition of advisors and their clients by managing complex operational workflows and ensuring accurate execution of financial operations. The Role
As an Onboarding Operations Associate, you'll play a vital role in executing Farther's advisor and client onboarding process. You'll support the seamless transition of advisors and their clients by managing complex operational workflows and ensuring accurate execution of financial operations. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in wealth management operations while contributing to the growth of our platform.
Your Impact
- Execute end-to-end onboarding operations for advisors transitioning their practice to Farther
- Manage multiple conversion workflows while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders
- Process and validate account transfers, asset movements, and documentation requirements
- Act as a day-to-day contact for advisors and clients during the transition process
- Coordinate with custodians and third-party vendors to ensure smooth transitions
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements
- Monitor and report on transition progress and potential risk situations
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in financial services operations
- Strong knowledge of wealth management operational procedures
- Experience with custodian platforms and wealth management software
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with a client-first approach
- Experience with advisor transitions or conversion management
- Knowledge of financial products including SMAs and alternative investments
- FINRA Series 7/63 license
- Experience with process improvement implementation
- Background in client service or relationship management
