Job Summary:
The Floor Manager at Fasano is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring a seamless and exceptional dining experience for all guests. The Floor Manager will oversee staff, manage customer relations, and ensure that the highest standards of service are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience Management:
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they leave.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional, timely, and empathetic manner.
- Maintain a calm, approachable demeanor in all situations, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Regularly check tables to ensure guests are satisfied with their food, drinks, and overall experience.
Staff Supervision and Training:
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers.
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and the expected level of service.
- Maintain a productive and positive working environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper staffing levels for shifts.
Operations and Floor Management:
- Oversee the flow of service, ensuring efficient seating arrangements, timely food delivery, and smooth operations.

- Monitor restaurant cleanliness and ensure that all areas are maintained according to hygiene and safety regulations.
