HDR is seeking a Business Applications Specialist to work on a major construction program for our client in Orlando.
In this role, you'll be expected to :
- Configure computers
- Install Software / Update software
- Troubleshoot issues (printing, software, internet, etc.)
- Maintain computer updates / Windows updates according to DOT requirements
- Project Solve 2 / Project Solve SharePoint Assistance / Support
- Backups / Assistance with restoring missing or deleted files, troubleshooting backup issues, monitor backup completion
- New user assistance (paperwork, access, troubleshooting)
- Monitor DOT helpdesk / Assist DOT staff with helpdesk issues as requested
- Audio Visual support / Meeting assistance
- General helpdesk tasks as required
