In the role of Project Architect - Public Realm / Transportation, we'll count on you to :
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and perform research, visioning, conceptualization, layout, and detailing on architectural and urban design projects.
- Independently coordinate work of a multidisciplinary team through multiple phases of project development.
- Establish owner / client and internal meetings, and participate in reviews with various public agencies for code compliance and statutory reviews.
- Coordinate workload of various team members through multiple project phases to prepare and complete project documents including conceptual sketches, diagrams, renderings, technical drawings, and construction-ready packages.
- Review architectural documents for areas of conflict with other design and engineering disciplines.
- Perform QA / QC, technical and design reviews.
- Write and edit technical specifications.
- Achieve consensus with project stakeholders and incorporate agreed-upon changes into project documents.
- Perform design services during construction as needed.
- Perform other duties as needed.
