Role Overview
In the role of Project Controls Manager , we'll count on you to :
- Support the coordination and collaboration within all aspects and sub-functions of project controls and reporting, including project change management, cost control, progress measurement, schedule development, and schedule control.
- Assist in project set-up in the Project Management Information System and Enterprise Planning & Controls software, including data input, transfer, log maintenance, and report generation.
- Aid in creating Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and developing, implementing, and maintaining scheduling and cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts on small projects.
- Assist with reviewing and approving Purchase Orders and / or Subcontracts for proper coding and document changes to cost reports or forecasts.
- Help in developing and maintaining an earned value management system, verifying progress measurements, and conducting quality checks and inspections on project controls deliverables.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
