Minimum 2 years experience in blinds, shades and shutters Sales and drapery design skills is definitely a plus.
Consultative selling in-home / on site Sales Experience with track record is expected of any qualified applicant.

Compensation: In-Home and Showroom Sales Consultant
- Full time Position and Part time position is available
- Paid Training period of 2 months

THE POSITION:
- In Home Sales Consultation and presentation
- Showroom Sales consultation
- Virtual Design Consultation via mobile Apps such as FaceTime,Zoom, WhatsApp,...
- Flexible hours with Saturday appointments mandatory
- Obtain initial measurements for quotation purposes
- Follow up technical measurements after commencement of sales contract
- Showroom in Redondo Beach is available to meet clients who require in person product presentation. Showroom in Irvine, is also available if need be.
- Initialize and draft product and service proposals and quotations
- Sales follow up calls and proposal revisions
- Liaison between consumer and customer service desk, service manager, installers and order desk
- Cover showroom hours, potential new leads, calls and customer service if need be
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Represent in detail the array of products that we offer i.e. Custom made blinds, shades, shutters, draperies , soft treatment beddings, and more
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of each product
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Presentation of order details with precision, accuracy and clarity
- Prospect new business through repeat clients and referrals, neighbors, etc.
- Must be fully capable to use our customer management software to provide and to get information regarding clients, specific project details, messages, follow up with existing leads, quotation entry, order tracking
- Must be fully confident and comfortable to close the sale same day or on a timely manner
- Must participate virtually or in-person in our bi-monthly sales meetings, and periodic product training sessions
- Ability to write clear contracts with all details, and explain well the specifics and set the right expectation about our products and services with our clients
- Ability to use all the available technology and typcial softwares (IPAD and PC knowledgeable, Excel spread sheets and word software, digital calendar, digital messaging and emails and text services.
Qualifications and attributes:
- Positive attitude, outgoing and vibrant nature, emotionally mature
- 2 years experience in direct sales
- A proven and trackable sales success record
- Self disciplined with a strong work ethic
- Team oriented and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done
- Background in window covering sales and customer service
- Active in design community and passionate about variety of styles in home decor
- 2-5 years of experience in either retail, design, or consumer relations
- Must be diligent and self disciplined and willing to learn about new products and sharpen the skills at any avaiable time within work day and beyond
- Technically Savvy, well organized and efficient in paperwork, calls and follow ups with customers, vendors, technicians and internal support group
- Follow our proven sales and customer service system
- Communication is the key with team members and with the clients , EVERY DAY
