Customer Sales Representative (Field-Based)

Job Summary

At Fashion Tubs, we specialize in reglazing and surface refinishing for bathtubs, tiles, sinks, and countertops. We serve both residential and commercial clients with high-quality results and exceptional service. We're looking for a motivated and personable Customer Sales Representative who enjoys being on the move, building relationships, and delivering a great customer experience directly in the field. Your ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions will be key to your success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential and commercial properties to meet with current and prospective clients
• Build strong customer relationships by providing on-site support and follow-up
• Perform walk-throughs, take measurements/photos, and provide service estimates
• Present services, explain the reglazing process, and answer client questions
• Identify customer needs and recommend service packages or upgrades
• Coordinate with the office and scheduling teams for job planning and logistics
• Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of customer opportunities
• Represent the company in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain knowledge of current products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• , customer service, or account management preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable driving and visiting multiple client locations daily
• Basic knowledge of home improvement or property services is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong advantage
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
