As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing a variety of HR functions, with a primary focus on high-volume recruiting. You’ll also support essential HR operations, including onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and internal communications. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to expand their HR expertise while making a meaningful impact on the employee experience. Responsibilities include:
- Recruiting Support: Manage high-volume recruiting across all U.S. locations, conducting at least five phone screens per day. Will also support all temp hiring and vendor management. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, time management, and communication skills.
- HR Administration: Handle critical administrative tasks such as drafting offer letters, scheduling interviews, reconciling credit card expenses, managing employee recognition programs, and responding to employee inquiries via email, Slack, and service tickets.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and company events, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Internal Communications: Translate business needs into effective employee communications, drafting and distributing messages across multiple platforms to ensure clear and consistent information sharing.
- Employee Relations: Provide support in difficult and sensitive employee conversations, ensuring professionalism and empathy. Escalate concerns appropriately and offer upward feedback when necessary.
- Training/ Facilitation: Lead in-person and remote Employee training and support administrative duties to assist with course facilitation (sign-ups, logistics, etc).
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and a passion for delivering results
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize workload based on urgency and business needs while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Someone who approaches every task with a collaborative mindset, supporting colleagues and employees with empathy, professionalism, and a willingness to go the extra mile, embodying a true one-team mentality.

- This position has a target hiring range of $24.00-$31.00/HR in our Lehi, Utah location
Salary : $24 - $31
