About the Opportunity
We are looking to add a full time Supervisor, Inbound & Outbound Operations oversees onsite inbound and outbound operations at DTLA locations. This role oversees the Receiving, Shipping, and Inventory teams. The role is responsible for implementing a process to strategically balance receiving output, communicating with studios and customer service on received items, maintaining accurate inventory levels, fulfilling customer orders, organizing inventory locations, conducting cycle counts, and upholding overall inventory accuracy. The position is also responsible for overseeing all day-to-day inbound and outbound processes, including KPIs, manager stats, timecards, shipping, vendor relationships, and replenishing stock at retail locations. Primary responsibilities will include :
- Oversee Performance and Metrics : Monitor, track, and analyze key performance metrics related to service volume, customer retention, and response timeliness, driving continuous improvement initiatives based on data insights.
- Lead, Mentor, Train, and Develop Team : Provide effective leadership, mentorship, training, development, and direction to a team of specialists, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment that promotes exceptional service.
- Respond to Escalated Cases : Address escalated cases with effective remedies or solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and swift issue resolution.
- Process Improvement Initiatives : Contribute to developing efficient processes and procedures, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer service quality.
- Other duties as assigned

The Supervisor, Inbound & Outbound Operations will be on-site, Monday - Friday (8 : 30am-5 : 00pm) with a possibility of a Saturday shift in the future.
Pay Scale : FASHIONPHILE reasonably expects the range to be $65,000 - $85,000 for this position in our DTLA Location and offers an Annual Bonus Opportunity aligned to our Supervisor level. Offered compensation will vary based on (a) location; (b) individual candidate qualifications; and (c) individual candidate experience.
