Responsibilities
- Experienced call center representative with proven record of successfully handling 80 incoming calls daily, while coordinating outbound calls, and multitasking between handling CHAT, and the customer service email box.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Responsible for completing outbound call campaigns to schedule service calls.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database
- Frequently participate in on going inhouse training to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in a high-volume call center
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Advanced computer skills/proficient in Microsoft Office
- High school degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
