Appliance Service Technician

• In-Home repair of Major Appliances
• Accurately diagnose and repair laundry and kitchen appliances in the customer's home
• Research and order repair parts needed on a company-supplied tablet device
• Provide cost estimates for repairs and collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
• Complete work orders electronically with description of work performed using tablet
• Good communication with office and team members utilizing text, phone, Microsoft Teams, email, etc.

• Pass an industry standard PlusOne employment screening, which includes:
  • Criminal Background Check
  • Drug Test
  • Driver's License Check 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Proficiency to navigate computer and tablet-based technology
• The ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance, and the physical ability to perform repair work under varied circumstances
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. 
• EPA Sealed System Certification a plus!

• Dispatched from home - no need to report to a centralized facility - no "On-Call" duty
