🔹 Duties:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Develop and implement therapeutic interventions based on client needs and goals
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Stay current with best practices and evidence-based therapies in the field of mental health
🔹 Experience:
- Proficient in child and family counseling techniques
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of crisis intervention strategies
- Familiarity with psychopharmacology and its impact on mental health treatment
- Strong case management skills to effectively coordinate care for clients
- Background in addiction counseling and substance use treatment
- Familiarity with clinical research methodologies and data analysis
- Ability to conduct group therapy sessions effectively

- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field (required)
- State licensure/certification as a therapist or counselor (required)
