Fast food pizza Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fast Food Manager to oversee the daily operations of our quick-service Pizza restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations of the fast food restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train, mentor, and manage staff including assistant managers and kitchen personnel to deliver high-quality service.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
• Implement effective shift management strategies to optimize labor costs while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Utilize POS systems for order processing and financial reporting.
• Address customer complaints and feedback promptly to enhance satisfaction.
• Monitor food preparation processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
• Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and dining areas to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for improving sales and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a leadership role within a quick service fast food restaurant or similar food service environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food service management, and banquet services is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
• A commitment to providing outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards in food quality and safety.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
