A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CSR - CUSTOMER CARE ASSOCIATE

In this full- or part-time office position, you are the first point of contact for our customers, and you make an excellent impression as you represent our dealership.

Whether conversing over the phone or through email, you communicate clearly with our customers, leaving a positive and lasting impression every time.

You answer every inquiry they have thoroughly and schedule their test drives and service appointments promptly.

A team player, you also provide support to our sales and service teams when needed. You get great satisfaction in knowing your excellent customer service skills build such strong customer loyalty, helping our dealership continue to thrive and flourish !

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CSR - CUSTOMER CARE ASSOCIATE

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Excellent phone etiquette

Proven sales experience, ideally in the automotive industry

Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate CRM (customer relationship management) software and other sales tools

Solid understanding of state sales and financing regulations

Valid driver's license

A bilingual candidate would be a plus. Do you love talking on the phone? Can you regularly commit different vehicle models, features, and pricing to memory?

This position typically works during our dealership's hours of Monday - Saturday, 10 AM - 7 PM .
