Job Summary:
A customer service associate will interact with customers by explaining our wash packages, handling customer inquiries, loading cars into the tunnel, and helping with daily task around the site.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Customer service associate starts at $13 an hour. The customer service associate is responsible for greeting all customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available. Stand at the pay stations and assist every customer that comes through the wash. Direct customer concerns to the proper member of management. Upkeep the condition of the car wash by performing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the tunnel.
Job Requirements:
- 1 years in a retail customer service environment.
- Mechanical and chemical knowledge preferred.
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Service-oriented and ability to resolve customer grievances.
- Proficiency with office software
- Must be 18 years or older to apply**
- Open availability required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to be on your feet 95% of your shift on concrete.
- Work in all weather conditions inside and outside.
- Able to lift 10lbs or more if needed.
- Fast paced environment.
Work Hours & Benefits:
Open 7 days a week. Monday – Saturday 8:00AM – 8:00PM and Sundays 10:00AM – 6:00PM. We offer an extremely competitive bonus program, with unlimited bonus potential. 40 hours a week work week.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
