Our Sales Specialist position focused on supporting a sales team through various activities such as data entry, customer service, sales planning, and interdepartmental coordination. Here’s a breakdown of key details:
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Management: Enter customer data, leads, opportunities, and quotes into the CRM.
- Customer Service: Answer customer inquiries, follow up on orders, deliveries, and resolve issues.
- Sales Support: Assist with reporting, lead management, and sales meetings.
- Cross-department Collaboration: Work with various teams (production, accounting, integrators) to ensure schedules, contracts, and deliveries are aligned.
- Contract and Equipment Management: Track equipment and delivery schedules, manage master orders.
- Product Knowledge: Provide product and pricing info, stay updated on tech trends.
- Sales Planning: Participate in forecasting and planning, support lead research.
- Travel: Occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field, or 3–5 years of relevant experience (preferably in material handling equipment sales or manufacturing).

Skills:
- Strong communication (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work with numbers (basic math, percentage, and ratio calculations).
- CRM experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and manufacturing software.
Physical and Environmental Demands:
- Frequent sitting and use of hands for typing or handling documents.
- Occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
- Quiet work environment, but physical activity (e.g., stooping, climb, balance) might be required.
