We are searching for an experienced Human Resources Director to join our valued client, Fast Global Solutions, a company with a strong track record of innovation, operational excellence, and employee ownership. As the HR Director, you will be a hands-on, strategic partner to senior leadership, guiding HR initiatives that support company growth, employee engagement, and a strong culture. Leading a team of HR Generalists and an HRIS Specialist, you will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compensation, and benefits. A deep understanding of ESOPs from an HR perspective is critical, as this role plays a key part in driving employee ownership engagement and ensuring that employees maximize the benefits of this unique structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering collaboration and a high-performance culture.
- Oversee talent management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
- Champion leadership development and training initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Leverage HR analytics and technology to optimize processes and drive data-informed decisions.
- Serve as an internal advocate for ESOP education, engagement, and administration.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to develop and manage high-performing HR teams.
- Strong knowledge of ESOPs and their impact on HR strategy is a plus.
- Expertise in talent management, leadership development, and HR best practices.
- Experience scaling HR functions in a growing company.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (ADP) and HR analytics.
- Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work in-person in Alexandria, Minnesota.
