About the Role :

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Manager with a proven track record in B2B beverage or liquor sales. If you have 3 years of experience building trust within the bar and restaurant community and possess existing relationships that will help you achieve sales goals, we want to hear from you! Our ideal candidate excels in interpersonal communication and possesses strong organizational and strategic thinking skills. Flexibility, agility, and a relentless drive for success will set you apart in this role.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead sales efforts within your designated territory.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to elevate our brand.
  • Collaborate closely with distributors to ensure our brand remains at the forefront.
  • Support and execute local marketing initiatives, including trade events, product samplings, and PR activities.
  • Work with the regional sales team to maximize on-premise opportunities for brand growth.
  • Align and communicate with key distributor partners to enhance sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of in-market activities and execute the regional budget.

Qualifications :

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications is preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the sales or hospitality sector.
  • Proven ability to build strong customer-focused relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and project management experience.
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Highly motivated with exceptional communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent presentation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Clean driving record and solid geographic knowledge of the territory is essential.
  • Ability to lift cases weighing up to 25lbs.
