Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment for our premises and its occupants by following established protocols and procedures.
- You will control the entrance and exit of visitor vehicles, verifying credentials and ensuring compliance with security measures.
- You will communicate effectively with team members using communication devices such as two-way radios.
- You will promptly alert the appropriate personnel or authorities in the event of suspicious or criminal activities, following established reporting procedures.
- You will enforce security measures and maintain a high visibility presence to prevent illegal or inappropriate actions.
Requirements:
- You must possess a valid Security Guard License.
- You must have a minimum of 3 years of security experience.
- You must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Prior security or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required.
- You must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You must be able to remain calm and respond quickly in emergency situations.
- You must be physically fit and able to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.
