Security Officer

As a Security Officer with Fast Guard Service, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment for our premises and its occupants. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of our facilities by following established protocols and procedures.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. You will have the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch security services.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will utilize communication devices such as two-way radios to maintain clear and concise communication with team members.
• You will control the entrance and exit of visitor vehicles in accordance with company protocols, verifying credentials and ensuring compliance with security measures.
• You will promptly alert the appropriate personnel or authorities in the event of suspicious or criminal activities, following established reporting procedures.
• You will strictly adhere to all security protocols and procedures as outlined by the company to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• You will maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times while on the job, reflecting a positive image of the organization.
• You will actively prevent illegal or inappropriate actions by maintaining a high visibility presence and enforcing security measures.

Requirements:

• You must possess a valid Security Guard License.
• You must have a minimum of 3 years of security experience.
• You must have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
• Prior security or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required.
• You must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• You must be able to remain calm and respond quickly in emergency situations.
• You must be physically fit and able to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.
