We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and providing exceptional customer support. Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain office management responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
- Utilize software Towbook, to take calls and set up roadside calls
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support team members with personal assistant duties as required.
- Proficiently use Google Suite for document creation, email communication, and scheduling.
Skills
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Experience with office management practices and procedures.
- Excellent customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with phone systems and effective communication techniques.
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy.
