Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Hospitality team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring high standards of food service and cleanliness. As a member of our hospitality staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in our café and restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their needs.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Aloha POS system.
• Prepare and serve food items while adhering to food handling and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, café, and dining areas.
• Help with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Assist in training new staff on food service protocols and POS operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Perform basic math calculations for order processing and cash handling.

Experience

• Previous experience in a café or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
• Experience using POS systems, particularly Aloha, is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for guest interactions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour
