Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and adherence to company standards and procedures.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop a team of employees, ensuring they are motivated, knowledgeable, and provide high-quality service.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers have a positive experience by resolving any concerns, ensuring product/service quality, and promoting a customer-focused environment.
- Financial Management: Monitor and control operational costs, track sales, and manage budgets to ensure the business meets financial goals.
- Staffing & Scheduling: Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage, especially during peak hours, and manage labor costs effectively.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (including health and safety).
- Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and resolve issues as they arise to maintain smooth business operations.
- Promotions & Marketing: Support the execution of franchise-wide promotions, marketing initiatives, and local community engagement to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in management or supervisory roles, preferably in a fast-paced or franchise environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic understanding of financial operations, including sales tracking and cost management.
- Flexible availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
