Job Description
- Lead Clinic Staff: Guide and mentor clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, ensuring quality professional services, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Clinical Protocols: Implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians, maintaining compliance with Federal and State regulations.
- Patient Care: Provide high-quality patient care, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, ordering diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and educating patients on continued treatment and care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice.
- Educational Background: Master's Degree in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner License.
