Responsibilities:
- Provide quality care in clinic and telehealth settings, meeting patient volume goals.
- Lead clinic staff, guiding them in delivering excellent patient care.
- Perform responsibilities outlined on the SCRIBE job description.
- Discuss and review patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and medications.
- Formulate accurate diagnoses and provide guidance for quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
- Engage with clinical leadership, resolving concerns to ensure adherence to company values.
- Meet patient volume goals, complete patient charts accurately, and build confidence with employees.
- Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by CMO and supervising physicians.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information.
- Deliver excellent patient care through in-patient and virtual diagnostic recommendations.
- Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including HIPAA knowledge.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, pursuing queue of telehealth patients.
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care.
- Attest to clinical practice guidelines by the Office of Medical Affairs.
- Attend mandatory monthly meetings and E/M training.
- Learn aspects of compliance by completing all mandatory training.

- Recommend ideas to improve overall patient experience and care.
- Communicate regularly with team members to support excellent patient care.

Additional Requirements:
- Responsible for on-call duty periodically throughout the year.
- Level 1: New Grad with up to 1 year of experience as a nurse practitioner.
- Level 2: Nurse practitioner with over 1 year of experience and less than 5 years of experience.
- Level 3: Nurse practitioner with over 5 years of experience and less than 10 years of experience.
- Level 4: Nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience.
