Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality care in clinic and telehealth settings, meeting patient volume goals.
  • Lead clinic staff, guiding them in delivering excellent patient care.
  • Perform responsibilities outlined on the SCRIBE job description.
  • Discuss and review patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and medications.
  • Formulate accurate diagnoses and provide guidance for quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
  • Engage with clinical leadership, resolving concerns to ensure adherence to company values.
  • Meet patient volume goals, complete patient charts accurately, and build confidence with employees.
  • Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by CMO and supervising physicians.
  • Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information.
  • Deliver excellent patient care through in-patient and virtual diagnostic recommendations.
  • Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including HIPAA knowledge.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, pursuing queue of telehealth patients.
  • Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care.
  • Attest to clinical practice guidelines by the Office of Medical Affairs.
  • Attend mandatory monthly meetings and E/M training.
  • Learn aspects of compliance by completing all mandatory training.
  • Adhere to Core Values: teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
  • Recommend ideas to improve overall patient experience and care.
  • Communicate regularly with team members to support excellent patient care.
  • Welcome new employees, facilitate introductions, and provide job shadowing opportunities.
  • Build and maintain confidence with all employees, maintaining a positive work atmosphere.
  • Promote and maintain employee, employer, and business confidentiality.
  • Consult with patients through virtual communication channels.
  • Experience working as a Telehealth Clinician is preferred.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:

  • Responsible for on-call duty periodically throughout the year.
  • Level 1: New Grad with up to 1 year of experience as a nurse practitioner.
  • Level 2: Nurse practitioner with over 1 year of experience and less than 5 years of experience.
  • Level 3: Nurse practitioner with over 5 years of experience and less than 10 years of experience.
  • Level 4: Nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience.
